We have experienced two winters with the "PROTO" boiler. In practice, it has proven to be a reliable companion. It retains heat excellently, is low-maintenance, and safe. The company offers a 5-year warranty, and in the 2 years we've had it, it hasn't needed any repairs or inspections. Compared to our old boiler, this one doesn't clog or smoke; it's really hassle-free to operate. I didn't believe that the boiler could burn for up to a week on a single load of fuel until I tried it myself. It's true; the fuel savings are enormous! In the first year of operation, I chose the best coal, specifically looking for low-ash options, but then I read on forums that it works with any coal! I called the manufacturer to ask about the type of coal, and they confirmed that it can work with practically any kind! I decided to test this, and it turned out to be true; I can personally confirm this. The biggest advantage of this boiler is that it maintains the set temperature around the clock, and you don’t have to clean the ash every day. Even for a regular two-story house, this type of boiler is the most practical and safe option. I definitely recommend it!
