It's a scam. First, they say that the offer is valid, that they have contacted the owner, that the house is reserved for you, and that you need to pay their fee of 3300 to sign the contract. After the payment, it turns out that the relatives of the owner have arrived / the owners have died / they have left / they are not answering calls (this needs to be emphasized). All communication is only through phone or the website. The truth is, for this money, they give access to a website where the information is either outdated and the price difference is almost double, or it is completely absent. In general, I do not recommend this at all and do not advise anyone to use their services.
