About 7 years ago, I registered and started accumulating the minimum amount, but I was never able to withdraw the funds. I remember there was some kind of hold, it seemed to be for 100 days. After a few years, I decided to log in and check, hoping they had started making payouts, but I was still just as disappointed. I do not recommend this affiliate program; it's not worth spending either time or money on it.

I have been working with financial offers for almost a year, and everything is going well: approvals and re-approvals without any issues. For financial offers, this is just great; you can connect offers immediately without moderation and so on. A 3-day hold and payments on Wednesdays are really awesome. If only the reconciliation were done automatically or more often than once a month, it would be perfect) Overall, it's a good place to work.

The affiliate program is a scam. Webmasters constantly have to remind their manager about every lead and read endless excuses about how the bank hasn't approved it yet or how the lead has gone missing again. You won't receive anything for at least two months. Don't waste your time or nerves on them. You won't encounter such pathetic and foolish excuses from managers in other affiliate programs.

Do you want to experience being a complete fool and waste your money? Then you should turn to CityAds! They don't have a habit of checking conversions (the reconciliation with banks is done manually), why bother — after 75 days, all conversions are automatically canceled, and they know where to put the money you received from the bank. Definitely not in your pocket. I set up advertising on Yandex Direct and directed traffic to financial offers in CityAds. In April and May, I had almost 50 conversions totaling around 350+ thousand rubles. I realized I wouldn't receive that amount since banks approve only 1-4% of conversions, but after 75 days, the system started AUTOMATICALLY REJECTING EVERYTHING. In other networks, you can track the process — within a day, you get a response saying "duplicate" or "did not pass external scoring," or the conversion is rejected by the bank after 1.5 to 2 months. Here, there’s no information, just automatic deductions from the system. Managers repeatedly promised to check the conversions and provide information about them. But promises are not obligations! I wrote to customer support — complete silence. I was just asking for a check. The conclusion is that you shouldn't trust CityAds; it's a waste of time, money, and nerves. There are many other networks, and banks have already started working directly with webmasters.

I connected one offer and received 9 leads in a day (a day for confirmation, and the payment was supposed to come within 3 days according to the terms). For 4 days, I spent time constantly reaching out to the manager (********). After that, I dropped the matter for 3 days, hoping he would reach out on his own, but it seems he didn't show any initiative either. After 7 days, I decided to inquire about the payment. The answer was no. In every message, he said it was "inconvenient" for him, but he took no action. There's a possibility that he just appropriated those leads (I don't rule it out). The attitude is terrible. Don't reach out to them!

I invested money, generated cards for the offer, and in the end, all the leads disappeared! And this scammer didn't respond at all, don't deal with this *********! Despicable crooks! They completely wiped all the statistics, there’s not a trace left. Where are the leads, when ****** are real! The manager was responsive until he deleted my leads. ****** ******, people like this need to be punished. And the site **** constantly glitches, cheap hosting.

The affiliate program is just a scam; it's not worth getting involved with! A few years ago, I tried to collaborate with them, working with Tinkoff, but they refused to pay me (the offer conditions changed, and they decided to replace applications made under the old conditions with new ones). In the end, I spent a month and a half communicating with them, and only thanks to Tinkoff raising a fuss about the partnership with this network did I get paid. In April 2022, I decided to check if anything had changed, ordered a VTB debit card, and fulfilled all the offer conditions, but the lead got stuck. Here’s what support replied: “Hello. Thank you for your patience. The verification is complete, but the conversion is not showing. Please provide data to confirm the conversion — the application date, the lead's full name, and the date of the target action. This way, the advertiser can manually check for the conversion. Usually, a lead remains open if the GEO specified in the offer does not match the GEO where the target action was performed, or if blockers were used.” So, you have to fight for every lead, and if you're driving traffic through a link, proving anything is practically impossible! A unique approach. If you want to work for free and earn money for CityAds — this is the place for you.

This is beyond acceptable. I can understand a payment delay of 2-3 days, but when it has already been 2 months, this is completely unacceptable. I need to purchase traffic and plan my work. I have contacted support 8 times, and I only received a response to 2 messages with the phrase "payments are delayed," which sounds absurd. Stop holding onto the money; the advertiser has transferred the funds - transfer them to the webmaster immediately. Account numbers 429296, 434599.

First of all, I want to point out that they can easily delay payments for a week or two. I worked with an offer for a month, spent money, and accumulated 25 thousand in commissions (already approved and passed two holds, advertising, and payment processing). In the end, one morning they deducted the entire balance from my personal account, including the money that was supposed to be paid out and was already in withdrawal. I didn't receive an adequate response, they didn't provide evidence of fraud, and they advised me to contact another manager, not the one listed on the website. Never cooperate with them.

I started directing traffic to one offer, the statistics for which are updated once a month. I worked all of July, and at the beginning of August, we received statistics only for the period from the 1st to the 17th. I contacted the manager, who assured me that by 20.08 all the data would be uploaded, including the conversions. In the end, on 23.08, the manager shifted the blame to the advertising, even though all payments for the same offer on other networks have already been made. The deadlines are no longer being discussed, and they don't want to pay!
