Sell or Buy a Website with Income, Domain, Online Store, YouTube Channel, and VK Group on the Telderi Exchange

I have been on the exchange for about 5 years and have managed to sell over 20 different assets. I was even granted the status of a Professional Seller. However, today my lots were unexpectedly closed, and my account's reputation dropped by 20 points due to accusations of multi-accounting, with no evidence provided. Just links to the rules, which I already know very well. Since 2019, the exchange has been gradually declining, as seen in the number of active lots: there used to be more than 20,000, and now there are hardly 10,000. They introduced mandatory verification and charge users 100 rubles. This is, of course, their personal business. But users do not want to conduct transactions, they place bids and deliberately disrupt auctions. As a result, I decided to leave this exchange and permanently delete my account. However, at the moment, my account is not deleted, but simply blocked. I am attaching a screenshot. Draw your own conclusions.

It's hard to find a more inadequate guarantor. They seem to be aware of their lack of competition in terms of conditions, but the quality of service and support is simply terrible. Deals fall through, and the support team behaves rudely. With each new owner, the situation only worsens. If there's a way to do without Telderi, don't even think about it! They definitely deserve an award for the worst guarantor in the CIS.

I regularly buy and sell websites on Telderi. On the positive side: 1. There is a wide base of both sellers and buyers of websites. 2. There is arbitration that understands the issues a bit. 3. Convenient filters and email notifications. As for the drawbacks: 1. Arbitration does not always resolve problems adequately. For example, when selling wpshop, I had to buy a theme for 3800 rubles because I was asked to transfer it. When I bought the site, the administration was reluctant to support me, and I had to persuade the seller for a long time to buy this theme. 2. High commission. About 14% from the transaction + 3.5% for replenishment + 2% for withdrawal. In the end, the buyer overpays about 17-19% of the transaction amount (for example, in a transaction of 100,000 rubles, almost 15,000 rubles goes to commission since the seller does not want to bear these costs). However, if you know all these nuances, overall, the service is acceptable. There are no alternatives.

We often check Telderi in search of profitable lots for our projects. Pros: extensive database; convenient filters; fraud protection; the ability to analyze the market as a whole (for those who know); there is some basic analytics on projects. Cons: quite high commission; without experience, you can end up buying a worthless website (there are quite a few of those on the exchange). The main thing is to carefully read the terms of service and adhere to them.

I sold two websites on Telderi. The first time was in 2017, and the second was just recently. I like how the interaction between the seller and potential buyers is organized. Selling through the marketplace is easier, as buyers feel more confident in the reliability of the deal, and the seller feels more at ease. To list a website for sale, you need to register. The sale takes place in an auction format: you list the lot, and bidding begins. During this time, all interested parties can ask questions, which the seller can answer. I didn't have any issues with the speed of sale; the website quickly found a new owner. But there are drawbacks — the high commission. The terms that were in place before seem more favorable to me. Now I have to inflate the price of the website.
