Currently, I work as an administrator on Instagram and VKontakte, and I was looking for tools for auto-posting. This service caught my attention with its description. I decided to test it out and was also interested in the content search feature, but I didn't find anything worthwhile. Additionally, I couldn't connect Instagram because it requires Facebook, which doesn't operate in Russia. The service might be good, but it just didn't work for me.

Terrible service. I just spent a whole hour trying to connect a Telegram channel. The instructions turned out to be useless. Support is only available through chat, there’s no phone number. In the chat, the bot constantly refers to the instructions or responds with canned phrases. The service is not functioning.

I won't go into detail about the functionality, as the description and other reviews have already covered all the possibilities quite well. They are indeed present, but unfortunately, not all of them work reliably. For example, sometimes the service fails to upload photos (it simply doesn't attach them to the post), sometimes a publication may disappear on a certain platform, and sometimes watermarks are applied incorrectly, and so on. Meanwhile, the service is quite expensive, and these are not minor issues. Although these are minor problems, there are many of them, and they spoil the overall impression of working with the service. It is generally good and truly useful for content management. However, I do not recommend using the neural network for writing posts, as the quality leaves much to be desired (mostly empty information). It's better to generate text separately in ChatGPT.

Great service! I've been using it for a long time – it significantly saves me time searching for content for my group and channel, as well as on publications. Yes, you have to pay for it. The subscription costs almost 15 thousand a year. But for me, that's not such a high price. Hiring someone to handle all this would have cost much more. Now I have more free time to search for ideas and prepare videos.

Although I don't use some features, I still have to pay for them due to the not-so-great pricing policy of the service. The more expensive plans mainly just increase the limits, while the functionality remains the same. It would be great to see a modular structure that would allow me to activate only the necessary features and pay for them. Other than that, I have no complaints. The autoposting works perfectly, posts appear on all social networks at the right time and look as they should. The content search also does an excellent job; this feature significantly simplifies the process of writing posts. However, I do the rewriting manually, as the neural network doesn't handle that task very well.

There are currently no analogs to this product on the market! I have tried all available auto-posting and mailing programs, including custom solutions. The functionality of SmmBox is truly unique. Mass video uploads with the ability to edit covers are not offered by any other service (why spend money on a content factory when everything is available in SmmBox). The upload speed is simply amazing. I use remote services due to the large volume of work, but I have never encountered such speed as in SmmBox anywhere else. And the support is very responsive. I recommend it to everyone! Great job, guys!
