And then a letter arrives stating that starting next year, service rates will almost double, while claiming that now there will be two managers working with the client instead of one. But why do I need two? One didn't do much at all. You are optimizing your business, but why should that happen at my expense?

Projects are carried out by students. Their knowledge is superficial: they can draw a picture, order an SEO text from another specialist, take a screenshot of the personal account with statistics, and send it via WhatsApp. They lack experience, so the results are only worse than before.
