The airline is a mess, I advise against flying with them. Yes, the tickets are cheap, but there's no guarantee that you will depart on time or even fly at all.

It's no wonder that there are no reviews about the company on the Avianova website; there are contacts and useful information, but no reviews. Where should I write or whom should I contact? Overall, it's an unscrupulous airline. They only care about profit and couldn't care less about people and their time...

Avianova are crooks! They cancel and reschedule flights, and you won't see your money back for a forced refund. Fly with any other company.

I can't say anything bad about AVIANOVA. Yes, it's economy class, but the flight isn't long, and you can manage without extra services! Everything was fine, the payment was cashless, and the flight was on time, all good!

There is no complaint and suggestion book on the website. Not surprising. Don't fly with this company. Cheap and rotten.
